NO QUIBBLE RETURNS
We believe if you are not satisfied with a product, for whatever reason, you should be able to return it and get a full refund. So that's exactly what we offer! You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
1) Please notify us that you wish to return your goods by logging into your customer account (details are given on how to do this in your 'Order Confirmation' email) and going to the 'Returns' section and filling out the online form. Alternatively, please email anne@kearney.co.uk.
2) Goods should be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Insured for the full value of the goods. If you are returning goods from outside of the UK, please use a similar delivery service where the goods are sent recorded delivery and inform us of your courier.
3) Please notify us when you will post the goods. They will need to be signed for by upon receipt.
4) You should do this so that we can track the parcel through Royal mail or your alternative courier.
5) Both the goods & packaging must be in a resalable condition.
6) The copy of the original invoice must be accompanied by the returned item.
7) In the unlikely event you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will offer either a full refund or replacement. We will also refund your return postage costs, if we are at fault.
8) Shipping/Mailing charges are not refundable for all returns.
